Once your order has been placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Processing may include:

- Checking each item before shipment
- Preparing your jewelry for secure transportation
- Carefully packaging your order for delivery
Please note: Processing times are estimates and may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, major promotions, holidays, or other periods of increased order demand.
Delivery Time
7–14 Business Days
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 7–14 business days depending on your destination and the shipping carrier handling your package.
Delivery estimates include the transportation of your order from our logistics facility to the address provided at checkout.
Please understand that these timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times can vary due to your location, carrier availability, customs processing, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Shipping Delays
Shukr Jewelry works with third-party shipping and logistics providers to deliver orders. While we do our best to ensure orders are processed and shipped promptly, certain delays may occur after an order leaves our facility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, local postal services, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
During particularly busy periods, including holidays, major promotional events, and periods of unusually high order volume, processing and delivery may take longer than the standard estimates above.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information.
You can use the tracking information provided to follow the progress of your shipment through the applicable carrier.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active and begin displaying movement.
Delivery Information
Please make sure that your shipping information is accurate and complete when placing your order. Shukr Jewelry cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because the delivery address was entered incorrectly or the package could not be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
